What measures do you take to prevent water - borne diseases?
The park has an in-house reverse osmosis plant to ensure that the water is absolutely clean hygienic. Water quality is monitored continuously using a computerized monitoring system. Apart from this, water samples are collected manually and tested every half hour when the park is open to the public. Any contaminant, pollutant or irritant detected is immediately neutralized.

How do you test the quality of Water?
The park has an in-house laboratory to monitor water quality, which does 90 rigorous tests on a regular basis.

Won't the water be too cold in winter months?
Park provides heated water in the pools using solar panels mounted atop various buildings in the park ensure visitors to splurge in the in the water throughout the year.

Do I get drinking water within the complex or do I have to bring it from outside?
Purified potable water outlets are provided at different parts of the parks. Bottled mineral water is also available at kiosks and food counters.

Can I bring food from outside?
Food from outside is not allowed inside the park.

What do we do for food if we plan to spend a whole day at the park?
Dizzee World has as many as four restaurants and food kiosks located close to major attractions. Each outlet is spotlessly clean. The food is healthy, hygienic and moderately priced.

What kind of food is available in the park?
The park view restaurants serve south Indian food. Greens restaurant is a purely vegetarian joint. Fountain restaurant, Chilies restaurant and Waves restaurant are multi-cuisine outlets. Soft drinks, ice creams and bottled potable water are available at all the food courts and scattered kiosks.

Are my personal belongings safe in the park?
Lockers are available at the park where you can keep your belongings.

Is the park is safe for Women and children?
The park is absolutely safe for women and children. There are enough security personnel to ensure that.

Are there any dress regulations?
The park expects visitors to be modestly dressed since it is a family rendezvous. T-Shirts and Bermudas for gents and T-Shirts with long pants or churidars for women are recommended.

Do I have to bring my own swimwear?
You are welcome to. But if you have forgotten to, you can buy one at the park.

Do I have to pay for individual rides?
No. Your entry ticket covers all rides.

Are there any concessions for senior citizens?
The park gives a concession of up to 35% on the entry tickets for senior citizens over 65 years of age.

How about parking facilities?
The park has more than five acres of parking space. Rest rooms are also available for drivers.
