Q. Am I allowed to bring outside food and drinks to the park?

Guests are permitted to bring outside food to the park.

Q. Is the theme park open during the monsoon?

Yes, the theme park remains open year-round. However, for safety reasons, some outdoor rides may be non-operational during Heavy Rains.

Q. What types of food are available at the park?

The park offers multiple restaurants serving a variety of cuisines.

Q. Are restaurant reservations available for events?

Yes, we do have Banquet Lawn Reservations for special events. Timings 6.30 PM to 10.30 PM.

Q.Can I exit the theme park and return on the same day without an additional charge?

We don't permit guests to leave and re-enter the park during operating hours.

Q.Are there any upcoming new attractions or shows?

Yes, we periodically introduce new attractions and shows to complement our existing rides.

Q.What attractions could be closed during my visit?

For safety reasons, a few rides may be closed depending on the weather.

Q.Which rides are suitable for children?

There are specific ride restrictions applicable to all attractions. You can find rides suitable for children listed here.

Q.Until what age is entry free at Dizzee World?

Adults must be over 4'4"ft, and children's height should range between 2'6"ft - 4'4"ft.

Q.How much time does it take to explore the entire park?

To fully enjoy the park, 1 day would be ideal for your visit.

Q.What is the recommended attire for a day at the park? Are there any clothing restrictions?

To maintain our family-friendly environment and ensure safety, we have a strict dress code. Guests must wear appropriate clothing at all times, including shirts and proper footwear. Attire with offensive language or graphics is not permitted. Wearing sheer, mesh, or see-through clothing over bathing suits is also not allowed. Park entry may be refused if attire is deemed inappropriate by park management. Visitors must wear a shirt, shoes, and bottoms (shorts, pants, skirt, etc.) at all times within the theme park.

Q.Are pets allowed at the theme park?

Except for service animals assisting the hearing and visually impaired, pets are not permitted in the park. Dizzee World doesn't offer kennel services. For your pet's well-being, please avoid leaving them in your car during your park visit. If necessary, Animal Services may be contacted at your expense for your pet's rescue, and this action could result in legal consequences.

Q.Are your rides impacted by bad weather?

Our attractions and rides are designed to operate under various weather conditions. However, certain rides may remain closed based on the severity of inclement weather.

Q.Will I get wet on any of the rides?

Is there a place to change clothes? Some of our attractions and rides involve water, so there's a chance you may get wet depending on the ride. Restrooms located throughout the park are available for changing.

Q.Do I need to pay if I'm pregnant?

Yes, and please note there are ride restrictions for expectant mothers.

Q.My leg/arm is in a cast. Can I still use your rides?

Each ride has specific guidelines regarding accessibility for individuals with injuries, disabilities, or those who are pregnant.

Q.Do you have first aid facilities in the park?

Yes, we have medical centres within the park. Please ask our staff to help you locate the nearest facility.

Q.How long are your lines/queues?

Queue length varies based on the number of guests visiting the park.

Q.How can I retrieve a lost item?

We have a Lost and Found Counter within the theme park. Approach the Service Attendant at the counter, and they will assist you in locating and reclaiming your lost property.

Q.How is the mobile phone connectivity at the park?

We've made special arrangements for connectivity with Vodafone, Jio, Idea, and Airtel networks.

Q.Is there Wi-Fi service available at the park?

Currently, we do not have any Wi-Fi facility inside the park.

Q.Do you provide a baggage counter facility?

Yes, we do offer a baggage counter facility, but please note that they are limited and operate on a 'first come, first served' basis.

Q. How can I keep my valuables safe while in the park?

We recommend guests avoid bringing valuables. If possible, you can try storing them at the baggage counter.

Q. Can you accommodate my special dietary requests at the restaurants?

We provide both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals at Surfin food court and Dizzeeden food court. If you have specific dietary needs, please communicate with the chefs at the restaurants.

Q. Can I bring my camera to the Park?

Guests can bring their personal cameras for leisure photography. DSLR cameras with detachable lenses are allowed, however action cameras like GoPros are not allowed. Selfie sticks are not allowed.

Q. What is the weather at Dizzee World?

It is reasonably hot during summers. In October arrives the breathtaking Monsoons. ECR, Chennai is one of the most beautiful highways in India, famous for its Private Beaches and Resorts.

Q. Where are the information booths located?

At the entrance itself in the Arrival Plaza.

Q. Are there any ATM facilities within the Park?

At present there is No ATM facilities within the theme park, we are in talks and soon it will be.

Q.Can I upgrade my ticket?

Yes, you can upgrade the tickets before entering park or after entering the park. Visit the counter near the carnival gate in the Park.

Q.Can I get a refund of my ticket?

A refund is processed only if the tickets are cancelled 48 hours prior to visit date. Refunds may be subjected to a refund charge.

Q.Is alcohol served at the Park?

No, Park regulation prohibits alcohol brought from outside. Alcohol is strictly prohibited within the theme park.

Q.What are the terms and conditions for a College ticket?

Valid student ID card to be presented to avail the Dizzee World College ticket. Only one ticket will be issued per Valid Student ID.

Q.How many people are required to be eligible for group bookings at MGM Dizzee World?

Minimum 50 people are required for group bookings.

Q.How many people are required to be eligible for birthday bookings at MGM Dizzee World?

Minimum 25 People are required for Birthday Bookings.

Q.What are the terms and conditions for car and bus travel options?

Car and bus bookings must be completed 1 day prior, by 8pm and 10pm respectively. Since car and bus services are handled by transport party partners, and not by Dizzee World, the partners will share transport details prior to travel on the date of travel only.

Q.Are prices inclusive or exclusive of taxes?

Taxes and fees will be added where applicable.

Q.What is the Cancellation or Refund Policy?

Cancellation is allowed 48 hours prior to visit date. A Cancellation Penalty of 25% on the cart content is applied prior to refund. Cancellation will not be allowed within 48 hours of the date of visit. Partial cancellations are not permitted. No refunds are admissible on cancellation or alteration of vehicle bookings.

Q.What is the chargeback policy?

Park tickets are issued only for the date of visit. These tickets cannot be used on any other date and no refunds shall be given for unused tickets. Similarly, no chargebacks are permissible on used or unused tickets. No refunds are admissible on cancellation or alteration of vehicle bookings.

Q.How is the money refunded if I cancel my tickets?

If you cancel the ticket before 48 hours the amount will be refunded to the same mode of payment which was used during the time of booking.

Q.Within how many days will I receive my Refund?

Usually, refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation, however, reflection in your bank account may depend on various banking processes.

Q.What are the auto charges to reach MGM Dizzee World from Central railway station?

Once you arrive at Central Railway Station, you can avail a Cab ride directly to Dizzee World. Central Railway Station is approx. 1.15 Hours of 28 KM from MGM Dizzee World.

For return journeys, advance booking is required and will wait outside the park main entrance.

Q.Are there Charging Stations for EV’s at Dizzee World?

Yes, there are total 1 charging stations combined present at MGM Beach Resort. Electric Vehicles are becoming more and more popular and with MGM Dizzee World always being at the forefront of sustainability practices, EV charging Stations have been set up for your convenience.

Q.Where can I find the EV charging Station for my Electric Car?

MGM Beach Resort has placed 1 EV charging station located near the Parking zone.

Q.Does water games have costume restrictions?

Yes, it's a must! Costumes are available for purchase in the park, or you can bring your own. Make a splash in the pool with Synthetic, Lycra, Polyester, Spandex, or Nylon wear for the best water fun experience!

Q.Do you have parking facilities? And what is the Rates?

Yes, we do have the parking facilities. Bike – Rs. 20, Car/Bus/Van – Rs. 50. Management will not be responsible for theft or loss of Helmet. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Q.What is the Priority Pass? What does the Priority Pass ticket include?

The Priority Pass ticket grants expedited single-entry access to ride express queue lines.
